Let's talk EYELINER!!! I'm amazed everyday at the type of work I see when it comes to eyeliner. It's one of the most popular services in the permanant makeup world yet so many artists go at it with wreckless abandon that it can also be one of the scariest. It's not easy!! Everyone is not equipped to perform this service well and you should be very careful when choosing an artist. Things can go wrong if the right pigments aren't chosen for your skin or if the artist chooses to ignore some ground rules when implanting the pigment migration can occur and IT IS NOT PRETTY!!!
