🗣🗣PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE OR ARE PLANNING TO BOOK WITH ME=Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend and your week is off to a great start. A quick reminder that my booking methods have changed a bit since the pandemic but I really think it's for the best long term. Here's a bit of info on how booking with me works. =• When you contact me and let me know you are ready to set up an appointment, first we send out all of our prebooking paperwork to you via email. =• ONCE that is completed and returned to me, I review it and contact you with any questions I may have. =• NEXT we send out an invoice for our non-refundable booking fee. This amount secures your spot on our waiting list and is also applied to your balance due at your time of service. =• AFTER the first two steps are completed, you are added to my waiting list. This is the hard part, it may seem like ETERNITY but really it's just about 8 to 10 weeks. =• WHEN we get to your name on the list, we will call or text you to set up an appointment time. Sometimes I do have cancelations where I can work you in sooner but expect to wait the full 8 to 10 weeks before hearing from me. (GOOD MAKEUP IS WORTH WAITING FOR )=🗣🗣A couple of extras…..please make sure to read over EVERYTHING as it is sent to you. I'm basically tattooing your face. 🤷‍♀️ You need to read all the details thoroughly, know my booking and cancelation policy, and ask all the questions you may have.︎If YOU move or cancel your appt after we have scheduled you, please understand it may be several more weeks before we can rebook you due to my schedule. Lets chat about microblading for a minute…. ~ Microblading is one of my most requested services but really I've learned that by using that term most clients really just want good brows. So here's a few things to know! =1. Microblading is……a technique for enhancing the appearance of the eyebrows, in which pigment is placed into the skin in fine, short strokes resembling hair, using a hand tool with a blade formed of tiny needles.=2. Microblading is not suitable for all skin types (actually a very small percentage of my clients are good candidates). Make sure you find an artist who is educated on different methods and what will work best for you instead of continuing with a procedure simply because you asked for it. = 3. Microblading typically does not look good alone….we all want fluffy brows so shading is usually required to help blend seamlessly. =4. It is not SEMI permanent! Although most permanent makeup artist use techniques and pigments that are designed to fade (that's one reason why our brows look so natural and require maintenance) we have no way of knowing how long pigment will stay in someone's skin. =5. Good brows arent easy (or cheap 🤷‍♀️). No matter what end result you'd like, find a highly trained and skilled artist who can offer different methods to create the best brow for you. =Finally….find an artist who isn't afraid to say no. I have many clients who request services that I know won't work well with their skin type or facial features and I'm not afraid to tell you the reason why I won't do that service.
