We have so many things happening here at our studio we wanted to take a little time to update our clients on our policy's. These our outlined in our booking info but here's a little refresher * ALL of our appointments require a deposit. This amount is non-refundable as outlined in our booking documents and secures your spot on our calendar. Our business is our "paycheck" and our services take a considerable amount of time so we want to make sure that you are ready to come see us when you book. * Please follow our cancellation/ rescheduling policy! We try to be understanding and do understand last minute things happen but again, this is our livelihood so when you cancel last minute we can not fill those spots. Our policy is in place not to make things difficult but to help minimize downtime in our day. We do adhere to this policy! *Read all documents sent to you thoroughly and fill out any paperwork asap after booking. We do have certain conditions we watch for on some of our services and may have questions for you. This helps minimize wait times and not being able to perform the service. If you do not fill out paperwork prior to appointment, we do reserve the right to reschedule according to our policy and rebooking fees will apply. * We do not allow visitors unless authorized by us. This is mostly due to insurance requirements but also to allow us to focus on you during your session with us. Permanent makeup clients do not require a driver after eyeliner (we make it super easy) We completely understand our services are a luxury. We love to cater to each sweet face that walks through the door. Our pricing reflects our time, service environment, talent and training. When you are in our chair you can rest assured you are in good hands!! We are always happy to discuss payment options as we have many financing options as well. Happy Holidays!!
