Monday is always a great place for new beginnings but let's rewind to the weekend for just a minute……βββ>>>If you know me, you also know I don't know how to rest and it doesn't happen often but this weekend I CRASHED!! And when I say crash I mean my body was absolutely percent done by Friday morning. My work schedule is always a little crazy but with the added stress of life and not to mention the pandemic, I've been a little more overwhelmed lately. βββ>>>Sooooo I spent the rest of the weekend resting and making myself do things to take care of myself for once including being in bed by 7:30pm on Saturday night which I paid for by nit being able to sleep well Sunday night π€£βββ>>>For now its back to work, and I'm so excited to see all of my amazing clients this week!!! BUT my question is why are we so hesitant to take care of ourselves?? What do you do to refuel when you've been depleted?
